The Program

The Trusted Operator Academy is a 20-week cohort experience for operators in founder-led businesses, the people in COO-adjacent roles who are ready to lead at the level the role requires.

Four arcs. Twenty weeks. Six to eight seats per cohort. A small cohort of peers navigating the same terrain.

Every session answers the same question: how does mastering this make me more trustworthy, and what does that trust make possible for the business?

The program runs across four arcs, each building on the last.

Who You Are

Your operator builds the foundation before anything structural can land. Values, role clarity, systems thinking, and the trust architecture of the founder/operator relationship. Everything else in the program is in service of this.

How You Operate

Your operator learns to steward the system's resources, authority, capacity, and focus so you can trust the business is being held well without you in the room. Decision ownership, governance, financial fluency, and priority integrity are all built here.

How You Lead

Your operator builds the conditions for others to do their best work. People leadership, change adoption, culture stewardship, and operational rhythm, applied inside your actual organization with your actual team.

Who You're Becoming

This is where the work gets integrated and owned. Your operator leaves with clarity on what changed in the business, what they are now capable of, and what comes next. The program ends. The work does not.
